Power&Skater training program

The PowerSkater Training Program is designed for independent training at home or in the gym under the guidance of qualified coach Nikita Malygin.

For each training day, you will receive a video explaining how to set up the training aid and perform the exercises correctly.

Please record your training sessions and send the videos to us in a private Telegram group. After reviewing your videos, the coach will tailor your training plan to your individual needs and provide feedback throughout the program.

The first stage of the program focuses on developing optimal body positioning while skating. The low-resistance exercises are designed to improve balance, coordination between the arms and legs, and proper back and hip positioning when skating forwards and backwards. The second stage includes basic puck-control exercises while skating. At this stage, athletes develop optimal coordination between their footwork and puck control in various game situations. The third stage focuses on developing balance. Additional resistance is created by pressing down on the training machine, while destabilizing elements are introduced, including a water-filled container and lateral resistance. These elements force the athlete to compensate for shifts in body position.

The first 14 days of the program are free
